Yes. Our own engineers install and support what we sell, so you are not passed between a supplier and a separate maintainer. They are trained and certified on all the products, software and solutions we supply.

We design it. For several organisations, infrastructure design and advisory work is the main engagement, with the hardware following the design rather than driving it. Our server and storage work is largely built on HPE HCI and dHCI platforms.

It depends on the cover bought with the equipment. For hardware purchased from us and still under warranty, we offer Next Business Day and 24x7 four-hour response. Four-hour response means we will call you back or reply within four hours, not that a repair is completed in that time. We do not offer a guaranteed time to fix; we follow HPE's service standards. The same four-hour response option is available for end-user equipment such as printers, scanners and plotters.

Usually yes, provided it is a product line we already support from a vendor we are accredited for, and we would inspect it first. It also has to be supportable by the vendor, because we purchase and renew the warranty with them. Equipment that is currently out of support is fine if the vendor will still sell a renewal. Genuine end-of-life hardware is not, because no renewal exists for it. We cannot take on grey-market equipment, as vendors will not sell support against it. This work is normally covered by a contract rather than handled ad hoc.

No. We work with organisations of every size and we sell to individual users too, and everyone gets the same treatment. We are happy to talk through what you need at no charge, whether or not it leads to a purchase. One practical note: we do not run a showroom or hold large stock, so if an item is not on hand there will be a lead time while we bring it in.

Yes. We are a registered government supplier and bid regularly. We can provide the usual documentation on request, including company registration, audited financial statements, HSSE records and vendor certifications, and we are open to partnering with other firms on larger tenders. We do not bid on software development projects.
